What is your return policy?
At The Natural Africa, we stand by the quality of our products. If you faulty item purchased from our website, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that while we are happy to refund the cost of the product, shipping charges are non-refundable. For additional details, please review our Terms of Service. We regret that we cannot accept returns past the 14-day period.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items sold as part of a set.
What's the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by visiting this page. Please allow 24 hours for order information to be updated. Once shipped, you can track your order. For any questions, email us at hello@thenaturalafrica.com
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and ShopPay. Prepaid gift cards, checks, and money orders are not accepted.
Where do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping worldwide.
Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes outside of the UK as all orders are shipped directly from our UK fulfilment centre.

Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping in the United Kingdom but keep an eye on our store policies as this could change.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped at the selected speed. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen:
For UK orders: 1 -2 working days
For other orders: Shipping times may vary depending on the location.
Will I have to pay customs or import tax on my orders?
The Natural Africa™ is not responsible for the customs or import taxes of your delivery outside the UK. This will depend on your country’s own set of regulations.
